For ActivityPress WordPress Plugin
ActivityPress LLC (“ActivityPress”) offers a 14-day refund policy for the ActivityPress WordPress plugin. This policy allows you to request a full refund for the plugin within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@activitypress.io and let us know that you would like to request a refund.
- Please include your purchase receipt and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and process the refund within 14 days of receiving your email.
Refund Exclusions:
Refunds are not available for:
- Plugins that have been used for more than 14 days.
- Plugins that have been modified or damaged.
- Plugins that have been purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Refund Process:
Once we have reviewed your refund request, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid with credit card, the refund will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase.
